In accordance to the Federal Law № 9 of February 2007 the goals of providing the transport security are the stable and reliable operation of transport system, protection of interest of individual as well as society and state in area of transport system against the acts of unlawful interference. To reach the goals of the Federal Law, all systems, providing transport security, which are used at the sites of transport infrastructure, are a subject to mandatory certification.

To comply with Federal certification regulations, at the end of 2018, at the premises of main enterprise of Stilsoft GC was created the Stilsoft Testing Laboratory.

Currently the main purpose of the laboratory is performing of certificated tests of transport security systems in accordance to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation № 969 of 26.09.2016.

Scope of accreditation of testing laboratory includes the following requirements of testing, applicable by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation № 969 of 26.09.2016 to functionalities of transport security systems: technical and alarm systems; video surveillance systems; audio recording systems; information gathering and processing systems.

STiS FSI SPA of MIA of Russia and ZashchitaInfoTrans FGUP of Ministry of Transportation of Russia are the certification agencies for the laboratory.

The assuring of reliable performing of testing as well as unbiased and accurate results is the new policy of Stilsoft Testing Laboratory.

The Stilsoft Laboratory will do all possible to provide transport security and society and state protection in area of transport system and acts of unlawful interference.
